Following would be a series of post from my recent Hong Kong trip,
as promised.
(:

First up would be a post on my Top 3 favourite food of the trip.
(In no order of preference since all three were too good)

First up would be: Australia Dairy Company’s Scramble Eggs.
They were so good that we went back twice to get them.
I don’t know what they put inside their eggs,
but they sure tasted like heaven.
It's 26HKD (4.50S$) for a breakfast set that consisted of a bowl of macaroni with ham, scrambled eggs and toast and a milk tea,
super cheap.

Next up would be: Tai Cheong Bakery’s Egg tarts.
The texture of the pastry was too good,
and the egg was just right.
Though I would say it’s best eaten fresh with the Soya Bean milk they serve there.
Nevertheless, it was so good that we brought back 60 egg tarts altogether.
It’s 5HKD (0.85S$) an egg tart and 5HKD for a bottle of soya milk,
which in my opinion, is damn cheap as well.

Last but not least would be: Tin Ho Wan’s Char Siew Boluo Buns.
These was amazingly good,
And could very well be the best dish of the entire trip.
I don't even have the range of vocabulary to describe how good they were.
Initially we ordered only one tray but it was so good that we ordered two more.
Brought back six buns to Singapore and the brother said it was damn good even after two days.
So yes, that was how yummy the buns were.
It’s 12HKD (2S$) for a set of three buns.

Just look at how gao the fillings are
